An Indian specialist introduced the Smarty Ring

Although smart watches are being created as technology, an Indian specialist has unveiled a more portable technology accessory. This tiny gadget with the name Smarty Ring is built to resemble a ring and is intended to be connected to a smartphone.

An LED screen is built into the ring and displays the time, incoming and outgoing email, and other notifications. Additionally, you can change the music playing on the phone and respond to calls as the ring.

According to rumors, a Bluetooth connection can be made between the ring and the smartphone. A method to prevent theft of the smartphone is also built into the ring. The ring is said to trigger an alarm if the smartphone that is attached to it is more than 30 feet away.

While smart watches compete for customers, Smarty Ring comes at the problem from a different angle. Facebook and Twitter notifications will be displayed on the ring’s LED screen.

Engineer Ashok Kumar from Chennai created the ring. Kumar started an Indiegogo fundraising campaign in an effort to raise $40,000 for the cutting-edge device. But in addition to the objective being accomplished, more than $30,000 has been raised.

The phone has a Bluetooth 4.0 sensor and works with both iOS and Android devices to connect to other devices. This connection requires a separate installation of the Smarty Ring App.

The Smarty profile You can alter the time zone of your current location, among other things, by using the app. In the event that there are no notifications, the ring’s LED will display the current time. Countdown Timer, Alarm, and Stopwatch systems are also integrated in the clock.

A year from now, the rings will be worn. Priced at $275, it will be offered for sale in April. It will be available to you for $175 less if you take part in Kumar’s scheme.

Kumar promises that a bendable 22 mAh battery inserted in the ring will be continuously used for 24 hours. After that, a wireless system will allow for recharging with a small base.
